Faith Formation Ministries at St. Paul's

In Baptism, each new Christian is anointed priest, prophet, and king. Just as Christ's body was broken and his blood poured our for others, each Christian, in living out his/her baptism, is called to serve others in Jesus' name.

There are numerous opportunities for parishioners of all ages, children through adult, to be of service to others in our parish faith formation process. Because our parish efforts are so diverse and multi-dimensional, not just one ministry or one group of volunteers is all that's needed. While we always need individuals whose gifts are those of catechesis and teaching, we need so much more: people who can plan and coordinate family days, people who will organize social gatherings for teenagers and younger children, people to assist with sacramental preparation, to name but a few. Not only adults, but teenagers and children can take responsibility for many of our efforts as well.

For further information on various ways parishioners of all ages can be of service in our faith formation efforts, please contact Liza Peters at 836-7535. Our goal is to identify, call forth, develop and utilize the gifts and talents of all parishioners.
